Do I need to stay during the appointment?

You're welcome to stay and observe, or you can drop off your pet. Many owners prefer to watch the first session to see our approach, then feel comfortable leaving for future visits.

What should I bring to the first appointment?

Just your pet and any specific concerns you want to discuss. We provide everything else. If your pet has a favorite toy or blanket that helps them feel secure, feel free to bring that as well.

How far in advance should I book?

We typically have availability within 5-7 days, though weekends fill up faster. If you have specific timing needs, booking two weeks ahead ensures your preferred slot.

What's your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. We understand that animals can be unpredictable, so if your pet is unwell the day of the appointment, just let us know.

Do you handle aggressive animals?

Yes. Aggression is often fear-based, and our team is trained in working with anxious and reactive animals. We'll discuss your pet's specific behaviors during booking to ensure we're properly prepared.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

All products we use are hypoallergenic and veterinarian-approved. For animals with known allergies or sensitivities, we customize our product selection based on your pet's needs.

Public Transport

North Sydney Station is a 7-minute walk. Exit via Miller Street and head toward Wellness Lane.

Parking

Free street parking available on Wellness Lane. Additional parking at the North Sydney Council parking station on Ridge Street (3-minute walk).

Our facility is fully wheelchair accessible with ground-floor entry and wide doorways.
